In the summer of 2019, my alma mater Shatin Pui Ying College held a biennial musical called "Twinkle of the Aye" and I was the member of the graphic design team. After the show, our team made a reminiscences booklet to review the contribution made by teachers and students who engaged in the production.
The story is about Genevieve and Cassandra, a pair of sisters who were suddenly transported to a new dimension after arguing with their parents. They landed on a pirate ship where they met their parents. Puzzled by the fact that their parents have been pirates before, the sister decided to join the duo to see what will happen next.
As the theme of this musical is based on the pirates in the 1920s, so I had included many elements that related to pirates when drawing the cover of the booklet, such as the scenes and characters from the musical around the vintage fine map.
